4. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to respond to messages and membership inquiries. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) or steps taken at your request before membership (Art. 6(1)(b)).
5. Contact form
The form on this site does not send data to a server. It opens your email application with a pre-filled message, which is only sent when you send it yourself. It is then handled as a normal email.
6. Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the matter, and no longer than 24 months unless the law requires longer retention.
7. Recipients and transfers
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Email and website hosting providers may process data to provide their services. Any transfers outside the EU are covered by appropriate safeguards.

Only association members whose duties require it have access to the data.
